For many SVP Calgary Partners engagement in the organization is a family affair -
providing an opportunity to model the concepts of giving and community involvement to their children.
Since 2003, the SVP Kids program at SVP Calgary has involved families and Kids in getting involved in their community and in grantmaking. While our program is undergoing an update, there are still ways to stay active. Keep an eye out for our upcoming family activities!
Humanity in Practice offers H!PKids, a program that allows families or groups to do one project per month. The staff of Humanity In Practice picks up the projects and delivers them to the non-profit organizations. For a current list of projects, visit H!PKids.
YouthAreAwesome, formerly Calgary Urban Vibe and an initiative of Child and Youth Friendly Calgary, allows teenagers to get involved in promoting volunteerism and doing good in Calgary. We're proud to have YouthAreAwesome as an alumni Investee & see our families continuing their involvement.
