CentrePoint is a registered charitable non-profit organization with a mission to advance optimal performance in the non-profit sector through consulting, mentoring, training and collaboration. Founded in 1995 with the visionary support of the Kahanoff Foundation and other Foundation and Corporate donors, the services and programs offered by CentrePoint are sustained with continued contributions. They are accomplished with the generous gift of time and expertise from some of Calgary's foremost professionals, as Volunteer Management Consultants. By building bridges for the non-profit sector, CentrePoint has served over 500 non-profit organizations at a savings of over 1.5 million dollars per year. The library seeks to serve the interests of the nonprofit and charitable sector in Canada by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating information on philanthropy, the nonprofit sector and voluntary action.
National Survey of Giving Volunteering and Participating
